Hi I’m Liz! I am a photographer, artist, daughter, sister, wife, dog-lover, and shopaholic. I have a passion for the arts and praise God for the talents He has given me. Through His many blessings I have had the opportunity to turn my love of photography into a part-time career, shooting weddings and portraits.
About my education and work experience: I attended Bluffton University and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Art and a minor in Business Administration. After moving to Dayton in early 2007, I spent two years working in the marketing department of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. I now work for FORGE, an idea studio in the Oregon District, and enjoy being part of a creative and collaborative team.
A little more about me: I grew up in Elkhart, Indiana and love to visit family whenever I get the chance. I married my husband in August of 2006, and he is the love of my life. Together we have a spoiled rotten dog named Beanie who is too smart for her own good. I enjoy decorating our house and planting flowers. I love watching movies (all kinds) and going on vacations (especially when there’s a beach involved). I believe there’s nothing a good dose of chocolate can’t solve, and I’m also a dedicated Green Bay Packer fan. I have been a ‘Dayton-ian’ for three years now and have made a special place in my heart for this city. I love the restaurants, the arts, the businesses, and the people. I tried to resist, but this Hoosier has morphed into a Buckeye!
